to order the amount of cake you will need.
Thawing Process: it is best to thaw the cake
in the refrigerator to protect the integrity of the flavors.
When ordering the White Raspberry Chocolate
Mousse cake, note that the fresh raspberries will bleed into the
cake within 2 days of thawing, which may change the color of the
mousse.
The Stars denote price categories
All cakes with a single star (*) are one price
category
All cakes with double stars (**) are the second
category.
