We offer two types of Buttercream,  the European Meringue Buttercream and our American Buttercream. both come in Vanilla and Chocolate.

We also have Rolled Fondant available in 5# tubs it is available in Vanilla (White), Ivory and Chocolate.

Dark or White Belgian chocolate, a dark bitter-sweet chocolate or creamy white in drop form. This is the best chocolate for creating granaches.
